2. Qualification and jurisdiction
Anthony Michael Letayf is a solicitor of England and Wales, holding a current practising certificate issued by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). He is qualified to provide regulated legal services governed by English law and within the jurisdiction of England and Wales only.
Anthony Michael Letayf is not admitted to practise law in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, or any other jurisdiction in the Middle East, Africa, or elsewhere outside England and Wales. Advisory services provided in relation to those jurisdictions are provided on the basis of his experience and knowledge as a senior commercial professional, and do not constitute formal legal advice in those jurisdictions.
Clients who require:
- A formal legal opinion governed by the laws of the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or any other jurisdiction outside England and Wales
- Regulated legal representation before courts, regulatory authorities, or arbitral tribunals
- Advice that creates a regulated solicitor-client relationship outside England and Wales
should instruct a law firm or lawyer admitted to practise in the relevant jurisdiction.
3. No solicitor-client relationship
Nothing on this website, and no communication from Letayf Advisory or Anthony Michael Letayf prior to the execution of a signed engagement letter, creates or implies a solicitor-client relationship or any other form of professional legal relationship.
A formal engagement is only established upon the execution of a written engagement letter, or upon commencement of work following written confirmation by email.
